- 2 Carrot
- 150 g Cabbage
- 150 g Mushroom
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 250 g Long beans (optional)
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Cut all the vegetables into bite-size pieces and mince the garlic.
- Fry the garlic in the oil, then add the firm vegetables first and the leafy ones last, tossing over high heat, 6 minutes.
