  • 150 g Cabbage
  • 150 g Mushroom
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 250 g Long beans (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp Sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Cut all the vegetables into bite-size pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. Fry the garlic in the oil, then add the firm vegetables first and the leafy ones last, tossing over high heat, 6 minutes.
  3. Season with fish sauce and sugar, splash in a little water to steam, and serve.
