- 600 g White fish fillet
- 300 g Cabbage
- 2 Guajillo chilies
- 3 Lime
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Cilantro (optional)
- 1 Avocado (optional)
Method
- Toast the guajillos, soak until soft, then blend with the garlic, oil, salt, and juice of one lime to a paste.
- Coat the fish in the chili paste.
- Finely shred the cabbage and dress with the juice of a second lime.
- Grill or sear the fish over high heat until charred and flaking, 3 minutes a side.
- Serve the fish on the slaw with avocado, cilantro, and the last lime.
