- 600 g Chicken breast
- 3 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 2 Lime
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Avocado (optional)
- 3 tbsp Cilantro (optional)
Method
- Slice the chicken, peppers, and onion into strips; toss the chicken with the chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Sear the chicken in the hot oil until browned and cooked through, then push to the side.
- Add the peppers and onion and cook over high heat until charred at the edges but still crisp.
- Squeeze the lime over, toss everything together, and top with avocado and cilantro.
