  • 600 g Chicken breast
  • 3 Bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 Lime
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Avocado (optional)
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro (optional)

Method

  1. Slice the chicken, peppers, and onion into strips; toss the chicken with the chili powder, cumin, and salt.
  2. Sear the chicken in the hot oil until browned and cooked through, then push to the side.
  3. Add the peppers and onion and cook over high heat until charred at the edges but still crisp.
  4. Squeeze the lime over, toss everything together, and top with avocado and cilantro.
