  • 120 g Cucumber
  • 70 g Carrot
  • 8 g Dill
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 tbsp Garlic-infused olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper (optional)

Method

  1. Peel the carrot into long ribbons and cut the cucumber into short batons, then salt the cucumber lightly in a colander for five minutes to draw out its water.
  2. Chop the dill and whisk the garlic-infused oil into the lemon juice with the black pepper.
  3. Pat the cucumber dry, toss it with the carrot ribbons and the dressing, then flake the drained tuna over in large pieces rather than stirring it to shreds, and scatter the dill.
