Ingredients

  • 500 g White fish fillet
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 200 g Cabbage
  • 2 Lime
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Cilantro (optional)
  • 1 Avocado (optional)

Method

  1. Rub the fish with the chili powder, cumin, oil, salt, and the juice of one lime.
  2. Finely shred the cabbage and toss with the juice of the second lime.
  3. Sear the fish in a hot pan, turning once, until charred and flaking, about 3 minutes a side.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan until soft and speckled.
  5. Flake the fish into the tortillas, top with slaw, sliced avocado, and cilantro.
